Facility-We are proud to provide a pleasant office setting for quality foot care. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients.
Appointments-If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone. Appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Financial-We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, or cash.
Cancellation-If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. Appointments that cancel within a 24 hours, or are no show with no prior notice will be charged the same rate as an low level office visit.
ADA Access- Our practice is Handicapped accessible. Follow the driveway underneath the building to ADA Parking. An elevator can be taken to the 1st floor which will bring you to the front door of our practice.
Insurance- We are contracted with most major insurance plans except the following: United Healthcare, Molina, Medicaid/Apple Health. Please consult with your particular plan to make sure the Doctor you are seeing is within your network.
